About ph87 – The Philippines' Premier Licensed Online Casino

Who We Are: ph87's Mission and Vision

Since launching in 2020, ph87 has grown to become one of the most trusted online gaming destinations for Filipino players. We started with a simple vision: to bring world-class casino entertainment to the Philippines while respecting local culture, regulations, and payment preferences. Today, ph87 serves over 100,000 registered players across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, processing millions of pesos in secure transactions monthly through GCash, Maya, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency.

What sets ph87 apart in the competitive Philippine online gaming market is our unwavering commitment to three core principles: security, fairness, and player satisfaction. We operate under a valid PAGCOR license, ensuring every aspect of our platform meets strict regulatory standards for player protection, responsible gaming, and financial integrity. Our games come from internationally certified providers like Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and PG Soft, with independently verified Random Number Generators (RNG) guaranteeing fair outcomes on every spin, hand, and bet.

The ph87 team comprises gaming industry veterans, software engineers, customer support specialists, and compliance experts who understand the unique needs of Filipino players. We know that Pinoy gamers value fast GCash withdrawals, Tagalog-speaking support agents, mobile-optimized gameplay for Globe and Smart data connections, and promotions timed around Philippine holidays and sporting events like PBA playoffs and Pacquiao fights. Every feature we build, every game we add, and every promotion we design reflects this deep understanding of our community.

Our platform hosts 1,500+ casino games including progressive jackpot slots, live dealer tables with Filipino dealers, sports betting covering international and local events, sabong (cockfighting) wagering, bingo rooms, and specialty games. Whether you're spinning Fortune Gems during your morning commute in EDSA traffic, playing live baccarat from a Cebu café, or placing UFC bets before Fight Night, ph87 delivers seamless entertainment across all devices and connection speeds.

Licensing & Regulatory Compliance

ph87 operates under License No. [PAGCOR-2020-###] issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the government agency responsible for regulating and licensing casino gaming operations in the Philippines. Our license covers all aspects of our operation including online casino games, sports betting, electronic games, and payment processing. PAGCOR conducts regular audits of our systems, game fairness, financial controls, and responsible gaming measures to ensure continued compliance.

Beyond PAGCOR oversight, ph87 works with internationally certified game providers whose titles undergo independent testing by organizations like Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) and iTech Labs. These third-party audits verify that Random Number Generators (RNG) produce truly random, unpredictable outcomes on slots, video poker, and RNG table games. Live dealer games operate from licensed studios with physical cards and wheels captured via multiple camera angles, ensuring authenticity and fairness.

Player fund security represents another regulatory priority. ph87 maintains segregated bank accounts keeping player deposits separate from operational funds. This structure ensures player money remains protected and available for withdrawal even in unlikely business disruptions. We employ 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission, the same technology major Philippine banks use, protecting your personal information and financial transactions from unauthorized access.

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, ph87 implements age verification requiring valid Philippine government ID during registration. We provide tools for players to set deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion periods. Our customer support team receives training to identify problematic gambling behavior and connect players with resources like the Philippine Responsible Gaming Council. We take seriously our role in providing entertainment while safeguarding player welfare.
