1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

Withdrawal requests must be made to payment methods registered in your name. ph87 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously verified during the deposit process. 3.3 Fees and Limits

ph87 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees which are beyond ph87's control. ph87 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: (a) breach of these Terms & Conditions or any other ph87 policy; (b) fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of fair play policies; (c) failure to complete identity verification procedures; (d) detection of multiple accounts; (e) use of the Platform from restricted jurisdictions; (f) threatening, abusive, or harassing behavior; (g) legal or regulatory requirements.

Upon account termination, all pending bonuses and promotional credits will be forfeited. By using ph87, you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and all other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph87 regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, or understandings between the parties.

11.2 Severability
